In 2008, Délices de la forêt acquired Valli, a family business established since 1970 in Canada and originally from Valli in Italy. With more than 50 years of expertise, Valli products are recognized by the North American market, particularly for their tasty marinades prepared according to their traditional and authentic recipes.
At Délices de la forêt Valli, we favour direct relations with local farmers, which contributes to a better quality control by eliminating intermediaries and allows us to offer very competitive prices.
Délices de la forêt Valli owns or is a partner in five processing plants, one in Peru, one in Morocco and one in Turkey. The nuts of Délices de la forêt Valli are selected and sorted with great care, which qualifies them among the best in the world. These nuts are then roasted and processed in our partner factory.
