Délices de la forêt Valli imports its olives from several countries including Italy, Greece, Morocco, Egypt and is a producer-partner of an olive grove in Peru. We are the only ones to offer the very famous "mauve-Alphonso" olive, also called "Sevillana" from its olive grove.

We offer green and black olives cleaned and calibrated in brine for consumption and without preservatives.

Job Description

In summary, the evening order picker is required to move around the warehouse using a pallet jack in order to assemble the various orders for next day delivery. He/she is called upon to ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse as well as do some other tasks that may assist the day shift.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assemble orders in a proper manner for shipping
  • Drive an electric pallet jack
  • Signal any problematic boxes/containers to a supervisor
  • Ensure maximization of the warehouse
  • Maintain workplace
  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed
  • Assist in emptying merchandise from containers
  • Palletize some incoming merchandise
  • Any other related duties.
Skills Desired
  • Warehouse experience (an asset)
  • Picking experience (an asset)
  • Forklift cards (an asset)
  • Be physically fit
  • Sense of organization
  • Be versatile and resourceful
  • Be a self-starter and flexible
Terms of employment
  • Schedule starting between 3:30 pm until orders are completed
  • Generally, 32-35 hours per week

Job Description

In summary, the forklift operator must handle various tasks related to receiving and experiencing merchandise while assisting in various tasks that may be related to a warehouse i.e. inventories, returns management, etc.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Rotate merchandise
  • Pick orders
  • Perform spot inventories
  • Receive merchandise (containers)
  • Manage merchandise returns
  • Place merchandise in rentals (5 floors)
  • And more!
Skills Desired
  • 3 years warehouse/distribution center experience
  • 3 years forklift experience (aisle- narrow aisle/Reach/Double Reach)
  • Forklift cards (asset)
  • Be physically fit
  • Be versatile and resourceful
  • Be self-sufficient and flexible
