Délices de la forêt Valli produces dried and ripened tomatoes from the fields and the hot sun of Turkey, in two varieties,
ready to eat or traditional.
They are first selected, cleaned and cut by hand, then laid out to dry in the sun. A second selection is then made by our partner-producer in order to select only those that meet our very high standards of refinement and taste.
