Job Description

In summary, the evening order picker is required to move around the warehouse using a pallet jack in order to assemble the various orders for next day delivery. He/she is called upon to ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse as well as do some other tasks that may assist the day shift.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assemble orders in a proper manner for shipping
• Drive an electric pallet jack
• Signal any problematic boxes/containers to a supervisor
• Ensure maximization of the warehouse
• Maintain workplace
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed
• Assist in emptying merchandise from containers
• Palletize some incoming merchandise
• Any other related duties.

Terms of employment

• Schedule starting between 3:30 pm until orders are completed
• Generally, 32-35 hours per week

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Rotate merchandise
• Pick orders
• Perform spot inventories
• Receive merchandise (containers)
• Manage merchandise returns
• Place merchandise in rentals (5 floors)
• And more!

Skills Desired

• 3 years warehouse/distribution center experience
• 3 years forklift experience (aisle- narrow aisle/Reach/Double Reach)
• Forklift cards (asset)
• Be physically fit
• Be versatile and resourceful
• Be self-sufficient and flexible

• Starting schedule between 7:30am and 9:00am (depending on the candidate)
• 40 hours per week
